Happy Birthday KakLyn

I make this cheese cake for you KakLyn because you like this cheesecake and most of all it is because today is your birthday, and yeah you love birthdays. The cheesecake was made with loads of love in it and loads of wishes for you to be the best in everything you do, and for the Lord blessing on your life always. HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY KakLyn.

Since you are not here to eat the cake, we have done that for you, and you know what KakLyn?, it was so so so nice, wish you were here. Anyways, I am putting the step by step to the making of this little guilty pleasure in life. When you are free you go and make one for you ok KakLyn.
Oh, oh before I forgot, your presents are piling up here, you will have to come and collect them ok. We are waiting for you, we will always wait for you and above all we miss you KakLyn.

The ready Blueberry Cheesecake just for you - Happy Birthday KakLyn
Step 1: Crushing the Digestive Biscuit
Step 2: Melting the butter (you know me already no need measurement, just follow your instinct)
Step 3:  Mix the cool melted butter with the crushed biscuit
Step 4: Pressed the mixture tightly in a square Pyrex glass container
Step 5: Cover with tinfoil and keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours
Step 6: Philadelphia cheese (1 light and 1 normal) and 1 light fresh cream (I bought this by mistake but it works very well in the cheese mixture, so just don't forget to add my mistake ok)
Step 7:  Add the juice of 1 Zitrone or some Pineapple Juice (if you prefer) and ONLY 3 tablespoon of sugar (I run our of Splenda), so therefore the sugar
Step 8: Blend all of them together at high speed till white and fluffy
Step 9: Take out the biscuit mix from the fridge and pour the cheese mixture on top and spread it out evenly
Step 10: Cover this with the tinfoil again and put it back in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
Step 11: Mix the blueberry with 2 tablespoon of raw sugar and put to boil on medium heat
Step 12: Once the Blueberry sauce is ready, let it cool and then spread it evenly on the cheesecake and yes, it is ready to be devoured now........................... enjoys!!!!!!!!

thank you sebab buat kan saya cake tapi saya tak dapat nak makan nyer.... huhuuh...

uikk, saya tak dapat ye present?kena pergi sana, huhuhuh tak tahu pun bila sebab if saya pergi, saya nak pergi 2 weeks, and that means, mesti saya kena extend posting sebab cuti lama kan... so extend according to cuti... :(
