I Can Take More

One down four more to go.
Give it to me, I can take it, I can take more.

Tenth Day Of Break Fast

  Vegetable moussaka

Banana fritters back by popular demand (note the batter is a bit soggy, this is because I don't have any rice flour) for dessert

Eighth Day Of Break Fast

On the eighth day of Ramadan, I decided that we all should go out and have some family time. We took the girls to the Millennium City. While waiting for the break fast time, which was at 2040 hours, we went to watch the sun, which was not setting yet, yet still beautiful being silhouette by the reflection of the river.

It was just beautiful.

Break fast was KFC for me and the girls and Burger King for hubby.

Seventh Day Of Break Fast

Bought 2 packets of enoki mushrooms from one of the Asian market, and I used that to make this very nice omelette.

Got some Asian brinjal also from the same shop and I cooked that with some fresh chili.  The taste of the brinjal in fresh fried chili was amazingly so different from when I cooked the same dish using aubergine.
Beef curry with potatoes and carrot.
Fresh orange and butter cake as dessert

Needle Aspiration Finally

I finally got enough time and dough to have this done. Damn no one told me that it was gonna be painless. I came home and just snored away immediately. It was as though I was being tranquilized with a GA instead of just an LA.

Sixth Day Of Break Fast

Cucuma fried mackerel  (This was done because I was afraid that the mackerel in coconut milk and chili paste might be too spicy for hubby)
Fresh mackerel in 'lemak cili padi" (coconut milk with chili paste), bamboo shoots and fresh tomatoes
Fried okra with pounded dried anchovies, onion and garlic
 Honey dew as dessert

Fifth Day Of Breakfast

Poached eggs (does not turned out as well as I has anticipated)
Boiled rice vermicelli or "mee hoon
 Blached bean sprout
Homemade onion rings again (as requested by hubby)
Chili sauce to go with the "mee hoon" soup
The soup to go with the rice vermicelli or "mee hoon".  This was done just by boiling some beef ribs for more than 3 hours, after which I added the mini fish balls for more taste, and salt to taste.  The chopped bark choy was added for about 5 minutes before eating time.

Fourth Day Of Break Fast

 French beans with "tang hoon"
Calamari rings and home made onion rings (this was a hit and they all agreed that my onion rings were much better than the one in Burger King and Mc Donals................)
Clay pot chicken with potatoes and carrot (this was cooked with some gravy on purpose)
Dessert comes in a box today (this is because I was knocked down after the needle aspiration and woke too late for home made desert, however my little angel and me end up eating the remaining "bubur pulut hitam")

Third Day Of Break Fast

Fried Mackerel with cucuma and salt
Fresh chili eggs (sambal telur la)
Banana fritters using montel banana (which we normally eat raw).
 Roasted aubergine, zucchini and carrot
