Fish Pie

My daughter’s first try at fish pie, it was really worth the 3 days waiting. This Chef Diva of mine is very meticulous with her preparation of food, and she is super wonderful with her pastry. What I admire most about her is that she dares try and she dares take up challenges. She has grown so much from a spoilt baby to someone with responsibility now, though she still has lots of room for improvement.

I am sharing here her fish pie recipe, but I don’t know exactly what the measurement or the quantity of each ingredient, but if you dare give it a go, you will love the end result.
Ingredients:

Mashed potatoes (you have to make your own)
White sauce
Fresh Salmon Fillet
Fresh Prawns
Leeks
Fish stocks
Grated Cheese (of your choice)

Method:

Cook the salmon fillet, prawns and leeks with some stock till tender, and put them in a baking dish. Pour in the white sauce, grated cheese, top with the mashed potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Happy trying!!!!
