Bouquet Garni By CD

Ingredient for the bouquet garni : bay leave, whole black pepper corn, cloves, celery stalk and parsley stalk
Here CD is carefully planting the cloves and black pepper corn into the celery stalk
 the neatly done stuff
if you can see the bay leaf has also been folded into the celery stalk, CD is now arranging the parsley stalk to the rest of the stuff
tying the completed bouquet garni with kitchen string
as you can see, the very neat bouquet garni with the extra string
the purpose of the extra string is to tie it to the pot handle so that you can just pull the bouquet garni out of the pot once the stock is done.  The reason why CD used this kind of bouquet garni for her stock is because she does not want the stock to be cloudy.
