The Ribs, The Ribs

Spare ribs marinated with thick soya sauce, black pepper, teriyaki sauce and 1 teaspoon of raw brown sugar
Plastic wrap the marinated spare ribs and keep in the fridge for at least 3 hours before putting it in the oven.  For the first hour of the roasting, please cover the roasting pan tightly with aluminium foil
After one hour in the oven, remove the aluminium foil and add in the potatoes, the oven should be at 200 degrees C
After three hours, test the spare ribs and make sure that the meat are soft and tender then add in the chopped mushroom and onion.  Keep roasting the spare ribs for another half an hours, before taking them out and serving them.  It is nice to serve the succulent and juicy ribs with toast brown bread and salad.
