Parsley

We consume a lot of flat leaf parsley in our diet here, mainly because it is easy to purchase and available in the market almost all the time.  We add parsley in most of our cooking but best of all we will just eat them raw.

Parsley is said to be good for the heart, the content of folic acid in parsley is a critical nutrient in cardiovascular health.  It also helps to protect the blood vessels and reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Pictures here showing hubby washing the parsley before drying them, and storing them in an airtight container, and putting them in the fridge.  The parsley will keep fresh for at least five days when stored this way.
