Artistic graffiti can be very creative and pleasing to the eyes. However, today in Europe almost everywhere you go, you can see that graffiti has become such a nuisance, especially to the public properties and usage of abusive language to express one’s feeling.

In Europe vandalistic graffiti largely outnumber artistic ones. It is evident that they are a form of expression for many urban young against the government or the authority. This to me is worth researching on why and how to stop such nuisance.

Please be artistic not vandalistic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
