Meatloaf Anyone?

It's meatloaf for dinner today.  Sharing here the way I had it done.
Ingredients: 10 pieces of Jacob's cream crackers crushed into breadcrumbs (you can use breadcrumbs but I prefer the crackers)

 Caramelized onion
1/2 kg of ground meat (again I do not use the one that is ready made from the store, but bought a good cut and get the butcher to ground it for me)
 Chopped fresh parsley
 3 fresh eggs
 Tomato paste
Combine all ingredients together, add salt and pepper to taste
Shaped the meatloaf into a rectangular shape (since I do not have a meatloaf pan), pour some tomato ketchup on top of the meatloaf (it will give an extra nice taste to the meatloaf as well as to protect it from being dry)

Bake it in the over for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 200 degrees.  While baking put a try of water at the bottom of the oven, this is to make sure that the meatloaf will stay juicy and not dry)
Ready to eat and we finished them all at one go........................
