Lemon Yogurt Cake

We had a gathering recently to bid farewell to all the people who were leaving to perform their Hajj.  Each one of us willingly brought a dish/cake/fruits/nick nacks etc for this gathering.  I baked lemon yogurt cake for them, and am sharing herewith the way it was done.
1 1/2 cup flour (it was just ordinary all purpose flour), 2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.  Mixed them together
Lemon zest about 1 tablespoon
This is the yogurt that I am familiar with so I use a cup full of the same yogurt

Combine the flour with 3/4 cup sugar, the lemon zest, and 3 eggs.  Do not over stir but make sure that the mixture is smooth and not lumpy.  Then add in 1/2 a cup of vegetable oil (in this case I used olive oil not the virgin one though).  Once the mixture is well combined pour into a well greased baking tray.

Bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour

Let the cake cool down before taking it out from the pan and do the lemon glazing
This is the lemon yogurt cake that we shared at the farewell gathering
