Bad Day

Talking about bad days, I bet each and every one of us will get one. Some may have more bad days than others, but never ever tell me that you are one that is immune to bad days. This sure cannot be true. How does one bad day get started?

Yesterday, my girlfriend was bluntly told off for telling someone that her email message was not complete and that she will need to resend. After that incident she called me to relay the incident and wonder what she might have said to trigger such a response, and to have her day ruined. My answer is simple ‘you will have a bad day when you make a wrong move that involve other people’.

There were times your day can just go bad even with jokes. People who think that their joke could create uncontrollable laughter forget that there are days their jokes actually suck. They make jokes look stupid, could it be possible that they were just trying to clear some mess of their own by joking, however, turning other people’s life miserable?

So, if you have one bad day, it is alright, sulk, swear, or be a loner for that particular day and carry on. No one can tell you to justify your behavior, they may be curious and nosy though, but who cares it is your life after all. One day you can look back and proudly acknowledge without regret that what’s done is done.

Moral of this entry: whatever you do, do it right and think before you talk because you are not alone in this world, and your misdemeanor might just hit on someone's sore bone that can ripple into a bad day. Therefore, be sensible and yeah practical too.

Pessimist - Look at the glass above, "Is the glass half empty or half full?" as a pessimist, the answer will be half empty, while an optimistic will say that the glass is half full. Both answers are right, the difference is in the approach, so which one are you?

Optimist - are usually positive people as they will approach life with the expectation that a happy outcome is both desirable and possible, therefore they left the empty portion of the glass in the bottom, indicating that it is an easier approach to every possibility.

Spiritualist - are people who believe in communicating with the spirits of discarnate humans. They believe that spirits are capable of growth and perfection, progressing through higher spheres or planes. In short they are already high after too much of drinking (he he he)

Realist - as you can see the glass is empty, and do you know why? This is because a realist is one who is inclined to literal truth and pragmatism only and none exist in the world today

Arabic Coffee Pot

First we were two standing proudly next to each other in the window watching the days go by. For some reason that we are not in control of, we were separated and then we became one in a different direction. While you are still standing there watching life goes by, mine is totally different now. I sit proudly in a glass cabinet, or should I say arranged nicely there next to another collection of the same type with a different design. Every day I watch as the mother lovingly prepares the dinner, watch the family chatting away happily while eating, and watch the two angels giggling and laughing as they clean up after dinner, wondering are you still thinking of me, missing me?

Go Kill Yourself Somewhere Else Please

Some people make their exit from this world by committing suicide such a fanfare to be reckoned. To them life must be so cheap, hence ending it would be the best justice, so they decided. However, when one jumps to their destiny of death and disrupts other peoples’ life, therefore their death becomes the curse and scorn of the day.

I am not trying to be nasty here, but people who are planning, mapping and/or contemplating suicide please for heaven's sake do it somewhere where other’s will not be at jeopardy. You can jump down a high mountain cliff and be soaked in the sun or snow in your death, or go bullet your brain alone in your room and let the maggots consume you to bits, but leave the living alone to go on with their life, excuse them from witnessing the disgust of your blood splattering all over the rail track when you get run down by the train. Please think ok people.

My little angel had to miss a day of school yesterday because someone decided to end his/her life in such a public place, yeah, jumping in front of a moving train, which ripples to all the trains passing through that station to halt till the mess was all cleared. She, like many others was made to wait, and wait and wait, for the train to school, work and everywhere. What could make it worse was that the entire announcement made was in German (thank you for being so considerate).

After waiting more than half an hour and knowing that she had already missed the school starting time, I called and told her to take the tram and head home. It was such a waste as she has never missed any days at school but well thank you to the suicidal nut. May your soul at least find a peaceful landing.

Can’t help but sounding evil today……………….. I hate when people commit suicide, yes I realize that they have the right to their life, but then again, there are so many other people who want to live and it is such a disgrace to me when someone committs suicide.

Fall From Grace

My only hope is that whatever you have done to me is not coming to haunt you now. It is never my wish to see you fall from grace, nor do I want you to be left in the cold. I can see that your story telling days are over and it no longer carry any weight with the clowns that were keeping you on your strings before.

My heartfelt sympathy to you from this moment on. Please remember when you feel the hurt now, trust me you have made me feel it a million time more before.

Quality Time 5 - Air Hockey

You can tell from the pictures who the champion is for this air-hockey match……………. Clue not Chef Diva and neither is my little angel ( he he he).

Quality Time 4 - Bull Ride

It was her first attempt at bull riding. We watched and cheered her on as she did her first attempt and fall. Not someone easily to give up, she quickly mounted the bull again and ride on. She was such a spectacular sight; we enjoyed watching her as much she enjoyed her experience.

Quality Time 3 - Basketball Trio

The three of them got together for a game of basket ball at the gaming arena. I can’t remember how many times they kept coming to the same machine, what better way to waste money (tongue sticking out) right?

Quality Time 2 - Swan Feeding

We took the two angels for swan watching and feeding by the river bank at the Millennium City. The weather was just fantastic for this sort of outing, it was sunny yet breezy, no strong winds at all. It was fun watching the wild swans gathering so close by for a bite of stale bread from passers by.
