Cancer Is Just A Disease

Cancer is not a bitch neither does it suck. Cancer is just a disease and like many other diseases, we have to learn to live with it, by not begrudging it. Think of HIV, MS, Parkinson, Alzheimer and many other diseases, they are just diseases that try to take over our body. We have the choice to just let them take over our body and mind or to battle them without being bitter. Cancer is just a disease ok that some people cannot escape from but can live happily after with. The choice is yours.

P/s:  You can try to understand the picture in many ways, the good and lusty ways will be the best in order to make us happy........................ ha ha ha

Satellite Has No Conscience

They said a satellite has no conscience; we have one in the house now. But, this is only because the local paid TV provider s are mainly in German, and we could die standing trying to figure out what they were babbling about.

However, now we will have to subscribe to SKY UK in order to get all the English programs that we wanted. The free channels make us yawn even before we on the TV ……… boy, just to watch TV here we have to go through so much of bureaucracy.

To the many roses standing wilting in the yard

A garden of memories 

Lie deep in the soil, I thought

I'm In Miami Bitch

The effort may not be seen as a big deal but the message is huge. The sand city was built by the government for their own people to encourage them to stay home, instead of exploring outside the country during the summer holiday. This is because of the weak atmosphere of the Eurozone. By encouraging tourist to come into the country and discouraging their people to go and spend money outside country, the government can at least be sure that their economy will stay in tune.

Japanese Anime

Look Mira, we met all these Japanese anime character and wishing that you were here with us. Adik was pretty sure that you will know each and every one of the characters. We miss you baby, the Japanese anime was organized by one of the student bodies from the Technic University.

Beef Steak Sandwich

On the 5th day of Syawal, I still had a lot of errands to run.  Updating of doctors' appointment, medicine to be picked-up from the pharmacy, and the weather was not helping much.  Everyday I am drenched with sweat from head to toe be it in the house or outside.  Therefore, the kitchen now became the least visited area of the house.

Due to that fact I only try to make simple meals, and I also cut short the meals time from 3 to 2 per day.  We are feeding our stomach with more water and fruits.

Today, this was what I have in the fridge and decided to make beef steak sandwich for the family.  It was extremely simple and fast to cook

The sauce: mayonnaise, grated cheese and garlic (mix together) 

 

 Yellow onion, cut thinly and fried

 

  Since I do not have burger buns, I used baguette instead.  The baguette was oven fresh so I just slightly buttered them to add taste

 The beef steak (marinated with pepper and salt and pan fried for 4 minutes only).  It is important that you get the best cut to be able to have the steak good and tender 

 The beef steak sandwich ready to eat.............. just fantastic (proud to say :P)
