The sign of a sick mind, when you live on tax payer’s money and you have nothing to do all day long besides smoking pot and drinking booze, you really cannot appreciate how hard these people work to support your wasted life.Not enough, you also have to ruin public amenities, shame on you. It would have been better if you could just stop breathing and stop the wastage of carbon.
