Samsonite

Before the trip, it was decided that we will be taking only one luggage, apparently the one that we have is kind of small to fit two. I took the opportunity to purchase a new one; my choice was Samsonite for obvious reasons.

We were jumping from one continent to the other and the luggage was holding well all the way, however, it decided to give up on us in the middle of checking in during our departure home. The zipper just burst, we were panicking for a moment, as I was already at the counter checking for our seats. Quick thinking got us moving, and this airport is just fantastic. Hubby went to get assistance, and the airline got the luggage wrapping again with no cost at all………………………. Get it people NO COST AT ALL.

Alhamdulillah the luggage stayed intact all through the journey. The brand came with a 2 years guarantee (mainly why I had decided on this), so after two days of sleeping and sleeping, we went back to the store and showed them the pictures of the luggage at the airport. Walla…………………………. We were replaced with a brand new luggage without much ado.
