Crispy fried chick drumstick.
For my CD, I first soaked the drumstick in egg white without any marination for 10 minutes, and then roll them in the breadcrumbs (made from cream crackers, mix spices including paprika powder and salt to taste), leave for 5 minutes.
Then deep fry under medium heat.
