I went to the butcher and saw this beautiful rack of spare ribs and I could not resist it. So I bought it, a whole rack of it, only to arrive home, while still admiring the beautiful freshness of the ribs, suddenly strucked by the reality attack. How do I could a rack of ribs in the oven?
