Super Colon Cleanse

Since my last visit to the hospital, and after being referred for colonoscopy as well as gastroscopy, I have been experiencing a new euphoria of wanting to take control of my situation on my own. I hate exposing my body to be probed by the doctors; still in the end they were not sure of the exact cause of my symptoms. I am bored.

A friend suggested colon cleansing, it sounded good and easy, however, I was not sure if I needed it. For many days I was wondering what this thing about colon cleansing exactly was. I figured after some reading that colon cleansing is the method of forcing the colon to expel its contents thoroughly, thus detoxify the system too.

It is also believed that that undigested food that we consume could cause mucus buildup in the colon. This buildup produces toxins which could cause poisoning of the body, when they enter the blood circulation. I was also told that these toxins could cause a wide range of symptoms such as tiredness, constant headache, weight gain and low energy. Errrr............... wait a minute, I have all of the above.

I took my friend’s advice and now I am on Super Colon Cleanse. Let’s see if I will be rid of the symptoms as mentioned.
