It is not often that Chef Diva will be in the kitchen, but when she is there she will be concocting a sumptuous complete menu for us. We love it when Chef Diva cooks as her forte is actually Western.Last week we were served Pappardelle with salmon and mushroom carbonara sauce, Romaine Cos lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and shrimp salad, and yeah éclairs with chocolate sauce for desert.
Chef Diva is one hell of a cook, she is just fantastic. Please cook for us always…………….. ‘smile’
