This is the first time we witnessed the Hay Play Area, it is amazing how kids and adults got themselves so engrossed in this area. By the way the hay was wet but they sure looked like they were having loads of fun. I guess this is part of the local tradition.This is one area where none of us was adventurous enough to join in the fun, as the weather was super cold today.
When the season is over, for your information the hay is used to cover the strawberries during the winter season.
