Prayer Room

After more than six years here, and I don’t remember how many times I have frequented the international airport, it was such a blessing to now discover that they have made available a prayer room for the Muslims.

The room was very small but, Alhamdulillah, for the authority to take this into consideration is a real blessing from Allah the Almighty.

I had the opportunity to use this room recently, Alhamdulillah.

Bitter Gourd

Since being diagnosed with Barrett’s esophagus, I have since added bitter gourd in my diet. The bitter gourd that are being sold here for some reasons are terribly bitter, not quite the same taste as those back home. But it does not matter; I’m still consuming it for the following reasons:

-   It is scientifically proven that bitter gourd can lower blood glucose level.

-   Bitter gourd prevents diabetic complications.

-   Bitter gourd can prevent CANCER CELLS from multiplying.

-   The antioxidants in bitter gourd can help flush out your system, hence improves the metabolism and digestive systems and helping in weight lost.

-   Bitter gourd is very good for the heart it helps to reduce the bad cholesterol levels which clog the arterial walls.
