Steamboat (Asian Shabu Shabu)

Today my BFF invited us for a marvelous steamboat lunch at her beautiful home.  

 Shredded chicken and mixture of fish balls, squid balls and prawn balls

 We have two different sauces, one (the bowl with the spoon) was done by me (happy that everyone loves the sauce)

The Right To Your Religion

This is becoming a common sight here.  Everyone has the right to their own religion.  These praying areas were located in the AKH hospital.  The main religion here is Christianity and in every room of the hospital, the cross were placed.  

After more than seven years here, I feel blessed to see more of the praying places for Muslims being built, even though no 'Azan' is still allowed, but I'm thankful.  Alhamdulillah

Unplanned, Unexpected But Wonderful Bratislava

I was invited to an unplanned and unexpected trip to Bratislava.  Yes, since I have never been there, so why not, even though my body was too tired and the weather was not in my favor, but why not.  This trip was done on January 4, 2014, the pictures are being uploaded now, reasons for the delay............... no reasons.

Let's Go Pottery Painting

Best way to let go of my over-thinking brain and avoid stressing myself, a dear friend and I decided to go pottery painting.  We stayed there deep in thought trying to complete our own piece of pottery, hardly talking but very rejuvenating.
